Are you my new roommate?
You must be a person who likes nature and to enjoy a good chat and atmosphere, : Hygge :-).
The room is for long rental periods of at least a year.
My place is located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of Hellerup and one of the King's reserves, peaceful and quiet surroundings, much closer to the beach and Fælledparken.
Only 3 minutes walk to Svanemøllen St.
There is a lovely garden where you can grill and park your bike.
My place has EVERYTHING, the room is furnished, but things can be moved if you have your own, I am very flexible
- Monthly rent? 5,500 all inclusive +10000 deposit.
- When can I move? Right after we agree.
- How long can I stay?
As long as you want, as long as there is a good atmosphere between us.
Who lives there? I live there alone.
- A MUST IS: good atmosphere between us 😉, 👌, no children or pets, no smokers, so if you fit the above, looking for a long-term rental, then 😊 contact me, you can move as soon as we 👍 agree.
Grace and ✌️ the peace of the Lord be with you.
