You must be a person who likes nature and to enjoy a good chat and atmosphere, : Hygge :-).
The room is for long rental periods of at least a year.
My place is located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of Hellerup and one of the King's reserves, peaceful and quiet surroundings, much closer to the beach and Fælledparken.
Only 3 minutes walk to Svanemøllen St.
There is a lovely garden where you can grill and park your bike.
My place has EVERYTHING, the room is furnished, but things can be moved if you have your own, I am very flexible
