By using Flatmate, you accept these terms with Dmitrii Babinov as the service provider. If you do not accept them, you may not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flatmate. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
User Conduct
You may not use Flatmate for illegal purposes, harassment, discrimination, or sharing inappropriate content. Fake profiles, commercial solicitation, and misleading information are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Content and Copyright
You retain ownership of the content you share. By sharing content, you grant us a license to display it on our platform. You may not share content you do not have rights to.
Matching and Communication
We provide a platform to connect potential roommates based on compatibility scores. We do not guarantee successful matches or that users will find housing. All arrangements between users are at their own risk.
Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms.
Limitation of Liability
Flatmate is a platform operated by Dmitrii Babinov. The operator is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from the use of our service or meetings between users.

No Guarantee
The operator does not guarantee that you will find a roommate or housing. Success depends on user activity and compatibility.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your profile for matching purposes.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify the operator against any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Modifications to Service
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dmitrii Babinov regarding the Flatmate service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts in Copenhagen.
