How do I verify my profile?

Confirm your email and phone number from your profile. MitID verification is in development and is not shown as complete yet.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Deactivate Account. Note this is permanent.

How do I report a user?

Go to the user's profile and click 'Report Profile'. Describe the issue and we'll investigate.
