Common Issues
How do I verify my profile?
Go to your profile and click 'Verify Profile'. Follow the instructions to verify via MitID.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Deactivate Account. Note this is permanent.
